Omni 4 Bar Map Sensor Evo X. When I first put it on it was throwing codes. Do you think the sensor on the IC should be upgraded too?

I just got a new omni-map sensor on my new build,and it failed on me. This will require PCM tuning when it is used as an upgrade in a car that didnt come with this sensor from the factory. Dimensionally identical to the stock MAP sensor.
